  I painted this painting to depict recovering from PTSD.  As I thought of my own journey I found myself coming back together and finding relief.  I won the Phoenix Creative arts competition with this painting.  I have created a limited edition of only 50 of this painting.  The size is 16 x 20 and comes with a finished edge to hang on the wall.

  Rice Paddy Stew and Saigon Tea that deals with the issues of going to and surviving a war.  To coming home and finding that I brought the war home with me.  What were the challenges, how was I able to adapt to the things I faced?  I have been told that this book and story has helped a lot of people just like me who go off to war and then come home with wounds to the mind and the heart.  There is hope and a thing called Post-Traumatic Healing will kick in if you are open to it and willing to work on making things better for yourself and those that you love.
